Westclub is WA’s largest manager of active members, printing over 80,000 discount directories annually and managing over 80,000 members, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. With a Westclub membership you can save money on everything from restaurants to accommodation shopping to entertainment, and movies to home and garden.

Westclub is now operated by the Hospitality Inns and Ace Cinemas Group of Companies which have been operating in the cinema and hospitality businesses in WA for about 50 years. 2008 will be a great year for Westclub and we have a number of new initiatives for you. Your Westclub CARD ...and how to use it

A. Continuous Usage - Your card can be used over and over again until its expiry date - you are not restricted to one visit.

B. Membership Registration/Survey Form - Please complete the form as soon as possible and mail, fax or register online ... your input is important to us.

C. Conditions of Use - Please read the “Conditions of Use” carefully. Most suppliers include their terms of use in their listing.

D. Lost or Stolen Cards - Please report lost or stolen cards directly to Westclub Pty Ltd immediately (charges do apply for replacements).

E. Remember to log onto our WestClub.com.au website every Wednesday for details of new offers, specials and members events

F. Prizes - Remember to log onto our WestClub.com.au website every Wednesday to see whether you have won a prize or to enter into our new competitions.

G. WestClub Outlets - We have outlets in a number of shopping centres and other locations where members may purchase tickets at discounted prizes to some great venues which at the time of printing include Adventure World, Rottnest Island Ferries, Movie Masters, Hoyts and Greater Union Cinemas and Special Events.

Please check the Directory listing carefully for any business that you intend to use so that you may understand the terms and conditions of their offer and before you finalise an arrangement with them ask questions if the offer is not clear and ALWAYS advise them before you make the arrangement that you are a WestClub member and present your card when you arrive and when you pay to ensure they know that you will be taking advantage of their offer.

Restaurants, Hotels, Cinemas and the Internet

When making a booking, checking in and before paying please inform the Supplier of your WestClub membership and present your
membership card.

Please make a reservation and ensure that the offer you want to take up is available on any special day like Valentines, Mothers, Fathers, Melbourne Cup, Christmas, Boxing and New Years Days and Easter because the availability of discounted offers in peak periods can be problematic. Please present your card before purchasing your movie tickets.

Hotel operators are now using the internet a lot. Some of them have offered us discounts off their best published rate (“BPR”) and their internet BPR’s may often be more than 20% off their rack rates.

Please check the properties website before making a booking and use the internet to make an enquiry or booking to ensure you get the very best rate available. Please don’t seek to get this privileged rate if you are using a third party to make the booking as the third party may also be asking for a commission which the Supplier will have to pay so they may not be able to offer you such a great rate.
