You will recieve your Westclub and/or Tickets via post within 10 working days, after payments has been recieved. If for any reason Westclub cannot fulfill your order, contact will be established via telephone within 2 working days.

All purchases are nonrefundable once they have been mailed. Membership is valid for 12 months. Transactions on the site are protected with 128-bit encryption.
